Shipping and Delivery 

*Large items such as mirrors, tables, large clocks over 60cm and large furniture pieces that are outside of a 20 mile radius of our workshop (Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire) will require delivery via a dedicated fragile courier.

Delivery fees are distance-based and will be quoted after checkout.

Mirrors and furniture cannot be shipped via standard parcel networks due to breakage risk.

If you would like an estimated courier cost before ordering, please contact us with your postcode.

Smaller items will be posted, and valuable items will be tracked. 


Returns

We hope you love your purchase. However, if for any reason you change your mind, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us that you wish to return your item.


Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us and must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.


Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.


Due to the nature of our products, large items including furniture, mirrors, and large clocks over 60cm must be returned via an appropriate insured courier arranged by the customer.


We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during return.


Bespoke or made-to-measure items are non-returnable unless faulty.


Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item in satisfactory condition.


If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs so we can resolve the issue promptly.
